Application Process
Apply early. We have a continuous admissions process and accept students from all programs throughout the year. Because of the Center’s setting, we receive a large number of applications. You will be considered once your file is complete. It is suggested that summer students should apply in the fall before the summer they want to train. Resident applicants should apply as early as possible, but at least six to twelve months in advance.
- Complete the application form and mail with a $40.00 application fee to Pacific Health Ministry. Previous CPE evaluations must be included in the application process.
- An acknowledgement will be sent when we receive your application. If you get no response, contact the office to verify your application has been received.
- Should further information be needed, you will be contacted by email for the specific documentation that is required.
- The Application Committee evaluates the applications. Persons are selected so as to create a balance of gender, race, culture and religious traditions in the training group.
- You will be notified as soon as possible after final selections have been made.
- Questions or detailed inquires should be referred to the PHM Office.
